2. Description of Service

VR Boxing is a virtual reality fitness application that provides boxing-style workouts using WebXR technology. The Service is designed to be used with compatible VR headsets such as Meta Quest.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Important Health Warning

  • Consult your physician before starting any exercise program
  • Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort
  • Ensure adequate space around you when using VR
  • Take regular breaks to prevent eye strain and motion sickness
  • Stay hydrated during workouts

VR Boxing is not a substitute for professional medical advice. You use this Service at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any injuries that may occur during use.

4. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the software
  • Share your account credentials with others

7. Premium Features & Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VR Boxing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
